Lasol Boutique Hotel

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a noise complaint about our neighbors, and they quickly resolved it. The building has very beautiful design. They have a fan in the room which is sufficient, you don't need AC in Dalat weather. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast has a lot of authentic local options. Many restaurants and cafes are around.

Can't mention anything I didn't like.

Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the decoration, the garden, the staffs, the rooms, the food, and everything was perfect. 10 out of 10.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the sewers right in front of the hotel. It smelled yucky

The location is excellent! Breakfast meet expectation.

The toilet paper could have a proper holder than to put in a bag which is difficult to use.

Nice hotel, beds are confortable, rooms are clean, restrooms were a bit oddly set but ok. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wide Breakfast choice if you like Vietnamese style food, if you’re looking for a western breakfast, it won’t be a good pick for you.

The location of the hotel is near the city. Able to walk to the Lake. Many eateries nearby the hotel. Crazy house is about 100 m from the hotel. Breakfast is very good. Many choices of food.

Location was good. Room was clean

Staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Never smiling. Wanted a map and that was a drama. After asking three times and insisting we finally got one. Breakfast was terrible - eggs not cooked properly. Only two fruits available (odd given the number of fruits grown locally). Loud guests and children late at night very disturbing.

Breakfast was average. The garden outside the Hotel was well maintained and elevated the atmosphere of the Hotel. Near to Crazy House and not far from other attractions.

Staff very courteous n helpful, especially the front desk Ms Wen. Breakfast is simple local n alright with me.

Not so convenient for meals as rhe hotel only serve breakfast.

Was newly constructed

Staff was very suspicious of the guests treating us like thieves with bad intentions, and aiming to scalp every little tiny cent off their guests. Because there was no air conditioning, the rooms were very hot, and I replaced the water on the table drinking the water in the fridge without realizing that they differed very slightly in size. On check out, instead of clarifying (honestly it's a very easy mistake to make and not very ethical of the hotel to create this trap for guests to walk into) they treated you like a thieving villain on trial and took a condescending tone that I was the one trying to cheat them. Honestly the money really amounts to nothing, but needless to say this was really unecessary and very bad public relations by their front desk - particularly this person called Huang (the guy in the image) Of course this ruined the entire stay.

The location was good, but the breakfast wasnt good. Not many western options, and even my Vietnamese friend didnt like the food

Flower type environment. the best point which near Crazy House.

the shower bathtub, unsafe feeling in actual, low floor so make you always need to close your curtain to cover your bath room. not easy to keep clothes when showring. maybe suitable more for couple. not friends only.Not able to rent moto bike.

Our room was in attic and it was very hot because we didn't have AC.

Clean, looks new. A lot of plants and flowers.

The breakfast was mainly Asian, for me lacked choices.The staff was correct and efficient but I would have liked them to be more welcoming and smiling - like the Vietnamese people usually are.

Set in a good location walkable to Crazy House, beautiful design of the hotel and the rooms. Best part was the delicious breakfast buffet served in the early morning.

Our room wasn’t properly cleaned upon check-in and we had to ask the staff to have housekeeping come to reclean a smelling toilet.
